WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram Goes Down Worldwide

What Was The Matter?

On 4^th October, around 9 PM, instant messaging apps named WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook went down in many parts of the world.

Users came on Twitter to complain that they were unable to access their Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook accounts.
Also, the users of WhatsApp were unable to send or receive messages. There was the same problem with voice and video calls as well.

On the Way To Fix The Error

During all of this inconvenience, a message popped up on Facebook which stated “Something went wrong”.

Further, it stated that they are working on it and the error will be fixed soon.
As per the data revealed by DownDetector, more than 46397 users of WhatsApp reported WhatsApp to be down.
Around 43% of users stated that they were experiencing a problem in accessing WhatsApp.
At the same moment, 27% of users said that they were not able to send messages.
